True Name lets transgender & non-binary customers update their chosen names on their cards. 

 

I helped develop social videos to promote True Name, a project created by the team at McCann XBC. We had hours of interviews with people from the LGBTQI+ community that became short online videos. The goal was to promote a product feature and help our audience better understand the LGBTQI+ experience. The videos were shared on Mastercard's social channels.
